Factual corrections

If you have identified a factual error in one of our editorial pieces, please write to corrections at lminfo dot uk. Please include the URL of the piece, the specific statement in question, and the primary source that supports the correction. We investigate promptly and republish with a change note attached where the correction is confirmed.

What we cannot help with

LM Info does not adjudicate individual disputes between customers and operators. Please raise disputes through the operator own complaints procedure in the first instance, and escalate to IBAS or another approved ADR body if the outcome is unsatisfactory. LM Info does not provide personal gambling advice, does not have privileged access to the Commission non-public case files, and cannot intervene in regulatory matters on behalf of individual readers.
